Thinking about COVID and working from home
I’ve been working from home for over 20 years. When conversations about COVID and working from home come up, I just kind of grin and am grateful that not much has really changed for me. Some of my income streams have taken a hit. Live music is completely shut down so there has been no gig income and I do miss playing with other musicians around town.
Travel is taking a hit, right now, so that income stream has taken a hit.
Email marketing, internet advertising, and commercial finance are all doing really well.
Did you catch all that? Here’s the short version:
I have created multiple income streams working from home.
I highly recommend you do the same. If you still have a job or plan on getting one after all the COVID dust settles, that’s great. I still highly recommend creating at least one home based income stream. If not for a pandemic, for your own financial peace of mind. Use the money to pay down debt, set up savings, start investing, buy a home … whatever you like.
I don’t want to give you the impression that all of this has been completely stress-free. While I am supremely grateful for the income I earn working from home, I also do have family members being challenged by health issues, dealing with scheduling, adjusting priorities, and making sure I am ready to ramp up the other income streams when things turn around.

I come to the reality a few years back that there will comes a time when I would not be able to go out and work so working online would be the best solution , so I agree even if you are working big buck’s now starting a network marketing biz is a word to the wise
