Affiliate Link Issues

Hi, Folks.

BrianRooney

Update, May 19: 9:26am Central:

I believe we have corrected the issue. Please clear your browser history and cookies, close and reopen your browser and test your links, thoroughly before resuming your promotions.

Let us know of any issues asap.

Update, May 18: 4:43pm Central:

We have identified a number of issues and the sources of the issues. As it turns out, the company we acquired this system from a number of years ago is no longer in operation. This has made it necessary for us to initiate contact with a new development team that has been going through the code to identify problem areas. These areas have been identified and the team is now working on providing permanent resolution so that we no longer experience these sorts of issues.

I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience and want to assure you that we are literally working around the clock to get this done for you, ASAP.

Your advertising is still being displayed and tracked properly as that is a completely separate system and has been unaffected by this current issue.

The rotator is still working for those members who are with us in Our Team Build and those sales are still coming in.

This is a temporary issue. As anyone who has been around internet marketing for any length of time can tell you, this is something that does happen from time to time and it will be resolved as quickly as humanly possible.

As recommended by one of our Top Producers, Mr Ben Oszlewski, this is a great time to rack up credits in your traffic exchanges so that when we do get this issue resolved, you can begin directing traffic back to your Affiliate URL’s.

I will continue to update this status as we make progress.

Update, May 18: 2:23pm Central:

Thought I had it fixed. Diving back in.

Update May 18, 10:55am Central:

Development team has isolated a number of issues that are now being worked through. I do not have an estimated time of completion as we are working with a number of teams in transition.

UPDATE: May 17, 11:35pm Central:

Developers are running full back-up and troubleshooting for issues. They will be working throughout the evening for us all.

UPDATE: May 17, 8:30pm Central:

We are narrowing down the cause of the issue. Will be meeting with development team this evening to discuss and implement resolution.

Stay tuned!

ISSUE ANNOUNCEMENT: May 17, 4:00pm Central:

We’ve got some issues that are being pointed out and it’s a bit of good news / bad news.

The good news is that we are experiencing an incredible growth surge. The bad news is that the growth has exposed some issues we are now currently addressing via our programming team.

I’m not sure how to best explain it other than to let you know that some browsers appear to be messing with affiliate links. I’ve got the programming team working on updating the systems on our end to get this resolved for us as quickly as possible.

What should you do? Hold off on personally inviting folks via your Affiliate URL for now. If you are using Traffic Exchanges, just let your credits build up. You will be able to use them when we get this resolved. And you can believe we are working to get this resolved as quickly as we possibly can.

We will continue to promote via Our Team Build as the rotator isn’t affected by this issue, at all. Advertising is still being displayed and is running very well.

Now … if you have discovered that someone you personally invited got directed to a different member due to this issue, have that person open a support ticket to contact us ASAP so we can get it resolved for you.

We will update everyone as soon as this matter is resolved.

Thank you for your patience.

Yours In Success,

Brian Rooney
