Refund / Cancellation Policy
Advertising with www.TheOnlineAdNetwork.com is on a monthly recurring basis. Advertisers may cancel their advertising account at any time by logging in to the back office and submitting a cancellation request in the "Support / Common Questions" section.
Advertising is pre-paid monthly. No refunds (whether in full, pro-rata, or in part) will be given).
In the event of a dispute or chargeback being filed, Advertiser's account will be terminated.
Please allow 5 business days for processing all cancellation requests.
We are not able to issue refunds on advertising orders once they have been processed. Please be sure to cancel well in advance of your billing date.
Commissions
Commissions are paid as described in your back office and in the presentation as it appears at www.theonlineadnetwork.com.
www.TheOnlineAdNetwork.com makes no claims or guarantees as to how much or if any commissions will be earned by any affiliate.
Lost Checks
If an Affiliate is being paid via check, Affiliate agrees to report any lost or missing checks within 120 days of the check being issued. Missing checks may be assigned a $35 stop pay fee and a $10 check replacement fee.
Billing Policy
If an advertiser does not pay for their advertising within 7 days of the posted billing date, the advertiser's account may be terminated or reassigned at the discretion of www.TheOnlineAdNetwork.com staff.
If an Advertiser cancels the payment information on file, the related account shall be deemed to be canceled at the request of the Advertiser.
If you wish to change your current payment information, be sure to refer to the instructions found in the "Support / Common Questions" section of your account to avoid unintentional termination.
Extensions and/or exemptions may be granted in the sole discretion of www.TheOnlineAdNetwork.com. Once an account is terminated for any reason, it cannot be reinstated.
Advertisers do have the option to open a new or multiple advertising accounts.
Advertising Content
The Online Ad Network provides advertising exposure throughout our network on a variety of sites including www.theonlineadnetwork.com, mysearchsite.net, and other third-party/affiliated sites. This is not a pay-per-click or pay-per-visitor system. Similar to running an ad in a newspaper or magazine, we display your ads for our visitors to view. The visitors decide whether or not to click your ad to get more information about your offer.
Advertising is displayed as provided by the advertiser. Advertiser is solely responsible for all ad copy and must select the appropriate category. Ads in the wrong category will result in the Advertiser's Ad Control Panel being deleted.
NOTE: You must select the appropriate category. Ads in the wrong category will will result in the entire Ad Control Panel being deleted. If you are not sure which category to use, Email support@www.theonlineadnetwork.com with your URL to ask.
Inappropriate, illegal, adult, or prohibited content will result in account termination. www.TheOnlineAdNetwork.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy. |
